MCESA recently announced that it has placed a renewal for its enhancement millage on the May 2, 2023 ballot in Midland County.
This is a renewal of the enhancement millage that is currently on Midland County property taxes for 1.5 mills, and if approved, taxes will not increase for Midland County residents because it is a renewal.
