In an effort to serve our employees better, Midland County ESA (MCESA) has paired with Educational Temporary Help (ETH). We offer substitute positions for teachers and paraeducators to qualified people for the MCESA Special Education classrooms as well as special education classrooms in our local school districts (Bullock Creek, Coleman, Meridian, and Midland).
