The Health and Human Service Council is conducting a public survey to build on previous health questions and create a more complete picture of the community. Human service leaders will use the results to improve health, identify groups that are at greater risk and guide resource allocation and programs. We are asking Midland County residents to answer simple questions about health status, conditions and behaviors, as well as your perceptions for access to care, utilization and other issues. We appreciate how valuable your time is and urge you to consider the importance of this survey in helping our community identify health needs so we can find strategies to address those concerns.
